Unable to add my call sign to the data base

I created an account and have logged in ok but when I try to add my call sign to the database I get amessage saying I am laccking privaledges for this operation. Can someone sort this for me please.

I don't know why I can't update my information, I used to have access. I once uploaded my photo, edited my profile, etc. Based on the error message I received, it looks like if someone edits my profile for me, then I should be able to do it myself again. So here is my info based on the suggestion of the previous poster. Will someone please update my profile and let me know if I should be able to access my own profile again? Thanks!

2) Then click - Update this listing
3) This will bring you to a screen that allows a number of different options of things that can be modified.
Click on the appropriate one.
4) Enter the information you want edited.
5) Click on - Save Changes
6) Click on - Done
7) Click on - Done - return to "Your Callsign" listing (to fix your database to your account)
