We renewed my YL's license--KC0DCA on qrz. The renewal included a name change and updated the address to the new E-911 address--no physical move involved. All the changes appear on the qrz site but when her new license arrived it had only the name change and not the address change or the new expiration date. Now what?? Do we do it over?? or What?? Hello Pete,
all changes of US-callsigns are made by FCC-upload.
We or you can not edit changes in name or address in the database. Only other dates like email, homepage, QSL-Manager or so

Please read this link here, it explains what to do when FCC specific data about your callsign is incorrectly shown on QRZ. Essentially you have only two options.
1. Print out the correct FCC Form, fill it out for a change of address etc. and mail it to the FCC...
2. Contact a local VEC and ask them to submit a change, which will probably cost you money.

All of the forms and instructions are on this link:
http://www.qrz.com/i/corrections.html

As Helmut said, no one on QRZ can modify US Amateur callsign information, as it comes directly from the FCC's ULS. So once you've got it corrected with the ULS, then it will be updated on QRZ, and every other callsign lookup service.
