Icom FS4 32 Channel UHF Portable

Icom IC-FS4-S 32 channel 430 - 480 MHz UHF portable. I will include the rapid charger with battery, antenna, and programming software. I would like to trade for a small and durable Motorola portable such as the HT-750, P110, or P200, maybe even an HT1000. I need the radio to work on the VHF band for the fire dept.
