The American Thinker again? #What a joke. # Must be hard every day to be such a loser and to always argue the losing side with no facts, just rhetoric. #Yes the USA is number 1 in responsiveness, unfortunately there are many other parameters like effectiveness, cost, overall performance etc.

I'll turn this little WHO study against the Libs...
Reference: Same WHO Study (http://www.photius.com/rankings/world_health_systems.html)
The United States rates #1 in responsiveness in the World. Meanwhile, Canadians cannot receive critical care when they need it (ranked 7th in responsiveness). France is worse (ranked 16th to 17th is responsiveness). So much for rationed, socialist medicine...
The United States rates #1 in health expenditure per capita in international dollars. Why? Because the Federal Government is too intrusive, wasteful, and regulatory. Just what we need -- more of the same, but exacerbated costs and the added and frightful "lack of responsiveness" detriment seen and documented in Canada and France. Our tens of thousands of federally mandated health care regulation pages need to disappear.
The United States rates #24 in Disability Adjusted Life Expectancy (DALE). Gluttonous Americans' health is deteriorating because life and food is just too "rich."
Socialized medicine won't work here. That's already been proven -- just look at the last 30 to 40 years since the inception of Medicare and Medicaid. Then correlate the massive increases in costs that match up with these burdensome programs since then.
God, how did we get along without them in the past? Oh, we had it so good for so long -- until the federal government got involved. What has history taught us here?
In the meantime, the United States will gladly accept Canadians' money for responsive and quality health care. The same goes for other foreign nationals. Come to America, get well, and then go home happy and healthy.
Toodles.

No, he'd be too busy preparing for the arrival of the Mother Ship.

Paul-EEE-wanta-cracker?
The US is #1 in healthcare if you have millions of dollars in the bank and can really spare no expense.
The rest of us have to deal with insurance and their myriad rules which are designed to protect the bottom line rather than heal the sick.

Define "commie healthcare", Dann-O.
Try to do it without a link.
