I had a problem with my Palstar AT4K. The vernier on the output side malfunctioned. Paul and Crew didn't let this one sit on the bench too long. Before I had a chance to really miss it, Paul called and said it was fixed and on its way back.

You couldn't ask for better service or communication. Palstar is TOP NOTCH.

I have to agree with you. When my brand new AT-AUTO locked up with a processor failure, it was back on my desk in less than a week. Great company to deal with.
