A nice gesture on his part?, A statement of which candidate he prefers?, He liked Obama's makeup better then Hillary's, Mitts?, John's, John's, Mike's, etc...

My guess is that Kerry's endorsement will clear the way for establishment "superdelegates" to get behind Obama.
