CT2JLF cannod edit his details

Hi!

I added CT2JLF to the database a few days ago. He is now a member with his username and password. I released the callsign and however he cannot login to edit his page! He gets a message saying: Update access not autorized. Not sufucient privileges... Your login was not found in our database.

Can you solve the problem?
