My good friend needs a help. His callsign is UT4IS. And he closed P.O.Box wich indicated in database ...
New address is:

Can anybody help to change info.

Hello Vladimir, RV1CC,
UT4IS's address has been amended and released.
Once he becomes a ''Ham Member'', he will be able to update and edit these details:
Please be patient, it may take a day or two to get him upgraded.

1) Go to: http://www.qrz.com/callsign/UT4IS
2) Then click - Update this listing
3) This will bring you to a screen that allows a number of different options of things that can be modified.
# # Click on the appropriate one.
4) Enter the information you want edited.
5) Click on - Save Changes
6) Click on - Done
7) Click on - Done - return to "Your Callsign" listing (to fix your database to your account)

And also you will be a Ham Member in a few days,Vladimir.

You should be able to fix your Database to your account, and add/amend your own info yourself.

But UT4IS has only a database account, no log in.
So he is still a "Member", not a "Ham Member" yet.
He can get a login ID and a password at Registration Desk of Main Menu ; https://secure.qrz.com/reg
