I have a number of good friends who are Muslim and with me being such a white guy, the greeting between us usually sounds more like "Salami and Bacon".

One of my favorite dinners in Riyadh, was Shish Taook, and Shish Kabob. They came with rice and vegetables.
I used to call it Shish da Kitty and the Kabobs were Kibbles and Bits.
