I dunno about who Barry Goldwater would vote for if he was alive today. #He lost an election because folks feared that he would bomb the USSR. #He was born a Jew and died with a military funeral where a preacher preached a surman...but a Rabbi gave him his last rights. #He said he was an Episcopalian. #His brother was an honorary Buddhist, who saved the Japanese Buddhist's #money from being confiscated during WWII and built a great Budhist temple in California. # #He made his final bid for president speech at the Mormon Tabernacle. #He held two ham call signs. # Thus I admit that I did not vote for him simply because I did not know where he really stood although I knew where he flew. #He had a pilot's license as well as a ham license...like his buddy Arthur Godfrey he might have just been up in the air!
