If this isn't the STUPIDEST thing I've ever heard of. Aren't radio and wireless systems frequently not functioning during hurricanes? They're more concerned about their silly criminal justice crap than people drowning!

One more example of the MORONS who are authorities in this country today. Middle school kids could run these agencies better!
