Anyone know KG4MMK in Knoxville?

I sent Marshall S Rice KG4MMK in Knoxville area a postal money order 2 weeks ago to purchase a transceiver, and he has not answered any phone calls or messages since, and of course I have not received the item. He has either dropped dead, is in a coma, or is ripping me off. I guess there are other possibilities- can anyone help me with this guy? His cell phone is turned off or something and his voicemail is full from all the messages I have left him day and night. He does not answer his email. I know the money order got to his listed address on Dec 3.
