I ordered some QSL pages from them over 3 weeks ago & paid with paypal. I got an order confirmation but never a shipping notice. I called them & left a message, no reply.
I tried emailing them and their email is disconnected. I also found out who the owner of the site was (Starksen) and emailed & left a message for him as well. No reply.
Maybe they are out of business, or just being slackers at this point. I initiated a dispute at paypal, lets see what happens.
From all indications it looks like they are a legit site, but that's no way to treat customers. This was the site I ordered from:
http://shop.archivesafe.com/
and from doing research they also do business at this other site:
http://www.starksen.com/qslcardholders/index.html

Maybe this second site is fine, and they are just discontinuing the other, so I don't hold anything against the second site, but I know they are both owned by the same folks.

It seemed to me that QSL loose-leaf pages were hard to find, but that was until I figured out what to search for in Google: "3 ring" pages "postcard", then I found several sites selling good quality items for a lot less. I ordered from a place called "Bags unlimited" where you can get 100 for around $20 (rather than the $38 dollars I paid Starksen for 75 pages), plus I called by phone and it's shipping today.

Just wanted to offer a "heads-up" on dealing with him,
if it gets easily resolved amicably I'll post back too.

Well, it seems like just a couple of hours after I posted the complaint on Paypal, he has shipped it. I guess to clear his good name, he even sent a USPS tracking number.
So as it stands, if it arrives, I will be satisfied. Sorry I had to go to such lengths, but you never know nowadays.
If I don't post back, that will mean he's ok, just slacked a bit.

I purchased some QSL hangers from this same merchant a year or two ago. I also paid with PayPal and had the same problems and delays you had. When I tried calling there was a problem with the number but I don't remember the exact nature of the problem.

I initiated a claim process through PayPal which was resolved and closed when the items were shipped within a day or two and were received a short time later.

I am happy with the product but it was a bit of a bumpy road getting there. If the same or similar product is available elsewhere I will go the other route next time.

Thanks for the info, KE7, he did ship mine the very day I started the complaint and I am satisfied, he is good now in my
opinion.
I did, however, find a merchant in Rochester NY called Bags Unlimited, and they have the "post card" pages as well.
As mentioned above, I did a google search for:
"3 ring" pages "postcard"
As also mentioned, Starksens were around $38 postpaid for 75.
The ones from Bags Unlimited were $19 for 100, but a $4 surcharge for an order under $25, plus I had them shipped 2nd Day UPS air for another $12, so I paid $35 for them as well.
As it turns out, they were both the exact same manufacturer part number, have the little laser emblem on them, and in fact, as far as I can tell, are the best items of this type quality-wise, available on the market.
