Is it possible please to find some where a single element diagram for a 30 meter antenna, or if possible doing a small size 30 meter 2 element Rota table antenna?
And do I need a balloon to add if I managed to construct my own.
I like to learn the way of doing my own one band antennas, if this possible.
Thank you all and 73

Would you consider a loop to be a single element? # At 30 meters, a full wave loop becomes fairly manageable, and a bit of gain over a dipole. #Lots of info on loops at http://www.cebik.com/radio.html

I think you'd be happy with a rotary 30m dipole. I have a Cushcraft (brand, U.S. made) model D3W which is a rotary dipole (no gain) for 30-17-12 meters only. Since I have beams for 17m and 12m, the only band I really use it on is 30m and it works fine there.
Force-12 makes a rotary dipole as well as lightweight beams for 30m, although I have never used them.
I don't know if a balloon would help, unless you use it to hold up one end of a wire antenna! http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
I think you may have meant "balun," and yes, feeding a dipole with coax, usually it is recommended to use a balun. If you buy a commercially made antenna, I'd just follow their advice.

I am sorry my friend about my English, a loop, do this means a full wave length antenna ?
I was into something small in size for the 30 meters, because I do not like to go through all of the hard time I had with my tower and other atnennas, instalation wise, I need something easy to mount on a small mast, of 6 meters high, plus the house which is around 12 meters , thats total of 18 meters in hight, but size of the antenna I like it to be small in length.
and to install it away from my tower .
usually I have seen when these single elements antenna comes with traps ther are small in size, I do not mind even if it is vertical one and can be mounted on a mast by itself.
thank you my friend and best regards to you and yours

Do rotary dipole means element not a wire, I do not like to go with wire antenna again, as I did not like the DX-B by all means, if so will make an order for one, please
thank you my friend

Why not make yourself a free standing ground plane antenna.? Off the top of my head it would be about 23 feet high and the 4 radials would be the same length. Low angle radiation, so good for DX when we get some sunspots in two years time.
