Big problem with CallSign Update from SP

Hello !!!!
I have a problem ...I am licensed and was originally issued the callsign SP2GTJ. I created a QRZ account as SP2GTJ this morning to update. The account creation worked fine but when I attempt to make updates I get the following error:

Update Access Not Authorized

You lack sufficient privileges for this operation. QRZ rules for editing callsign information require that your login name be a valid callsign that already exists in our database.

Your login name, SP2GTJ, was not found in our callsign database.

Can you please correct this problem? SP2GTJ exists in the database, is assigned to me, and I've created a QRZ account with this callsign, and i enter my callsign SP2GTJ in search on QRZ, wrote: The callsign SP2GTJ is not in our database.

To update your info, your status should be a Ham Member, you are just a Member now.
And both of your database seem to have been not yet added,it's empty.
First of all, please post your info as below to be added to your(and also your son's)
database, we will add your info for you.
Then your status will be changed to Ham Members.

You have been added and released.
Once you become a ''Ham Member'', you will be able to update and edit these details:
Please be patient, it may take a day or two to get you upgraded.

1) Go to: http://www.qrz.com/callsign/SP2GTJ
2) Then click - Update this listing
3) This will bring you to a screen that allows a number of different options of things that can be modified.
Click on the appropriate one.
4) Enter the information you want edited.
5) Click on - Save Changes
6) Click on - Done
7) Click on - Done - return to "Your Callsign" listing (to fix your database to your account)

Adding some more info would be appreciated,after getting Ham Member.
