QRZ Support:
I am newly licensed and was originally issued the callsign KC9MJN. #I have updated my call to get my great great uncle's call, W9KKX. #This was issued by the FCC a week or so ago and shows up in your database fine. #I created a QRZ account as W9KKX this morning to update bio information and to post a picture. #The account creation worked fine but when I attempt to make bio\picture updates I get the following error:
Update Access Not Authorized
You lack sufficient privileges for this operation. QRZ rules for editing callsign information require that your login name be a valid callsign that already exists in our database.
Your login name, W9KKX, was not found in our callsign database.
Can you please correct this problem? #W9KKX exists in the database, is assigned to me, and I've created a QRZ account with this callsign.
