I have a museum quality WWII U.S. Navy Dept. FM transceiver.
Manufactured by the Fred M. Link Co.
Dated November 8, 1944.
Radio set # MN-5. Transmitter - Receiver #CFL-43059
U.S. Navy Dept., Bureau of Ships radio set manufactured under contract numbers NXsr-41011 and NXsr-48343.
Complete manual.
The radio is complete and has all it’s original accessories minus horn speaker and handset bail.
The radio and accessories have never been installed and everything is in excellent condition.
After 2 years of researching, this may be the only radio of its kind.
A number of museums have expressed interest in obtaining this radio for their own collections (details available upon request).
Pictures are available to serious inquires.
This radio and all of its accessories are located in Western New York.
I am open to realistic offers on this one of a kind WWII historic FM radio. May also consider Modern HF gear in Trade
