User Name and access to my account

I am trying to update my email address. Currently it is at an old email address KA8GVS@cox.net. I want to change it to reflect my new address which is KA8GVS@gmail.com. While trying to do this I found that I do not have access to my account to make changes. There is something going on between my callsign(KA8GVS) and my user name(StephanShemenski).
Can you please provide a solution or access so I can update my account.

Yes I think thats when I first joined QRZ.COM, however, I have forgotten that I had joined and joined again but this time used my full name.
Because its been so long ago that I first joined, I do not have the email address any longer. When I moved from 1201 Roger Road into my house at 2151 West Calle Fortunado, I had to close my Cox Cable TV/ Internet account. So the email account KA8GVS@cox.net is not a valid email account anylonger. If possible I'd like to change it to KA8GVS@gmail.com.

If you need any other form of ID to verify that I opened both accounts please ask me and I'll be happy to confirm that.
