Anyone remember a news story from a few years ago in which a 5th grade teacher who became angry at a student grabbed her cup of hot coffee and said, "Do you know what this is... It's Coffee !" and proceeded to splash it onto the pupil causing burns.

I was trying to find a reference to this news story but came up empty. Does anyone remember the story and/or where this took place ?

How do we know it was REAL burns caused by splashed coffee? It could have been caused by other things such as Halliburton induced global warming, uh I mean climate change. I want to know if it was adequately peer reviewed.

You don't get burns from hot liquids, you get scalded.
