Ah yes, several strips of fried swine tissue with poultry embryos and starchy diced Idaho tubers cooked in the tissue renderings. #Two slices of sugar enriched Wonder? bread smeared generously with bovine butter fat and sugary berry extracts. #All accompanied by a fresh mug of java brewed from coffee beans expelled from the butt of a civet. #Then I sit back and read the morning paper as the blood coursing through my veins turns to sludge. #It just doesn't get any better than that unless someone makes me a Bloody Mary. # http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

I am never hungry in the mornings but I know how important a nutritional breakfast is so I pour a package of Carnation Instant Breakfast into a cup of coffee and drink it up.

No kidding.

Usually cereal and milk or a bagel.

I also like to have juice in the morning. Helps keep me from getting sick.

Breakfast of the Impoverished! I start with 2 bags of Top Ramen chinese noodles, add a cup of minute rice and shake on some Thai seasoning. Then drown it in water. It is off to the Microwave here at work for 6 minutes and I usually let it sit in there until I finish my Ebay and let it cool. Actually, as I type, I have this bowl sitting next to the keyboard ready to eat, but thought I would finish this first. Total cost for the breakfast? About 21 cents. Thats alot better than those breakfast sandwiches at the fast food places where the nail you $3-$4 for one! And for lunch, I have more Rice and Chili. Same thing every work day, for months and truly YEARS! After squandering hundreds of dollars per week on Ebay on junk radios and manuals, I have to cut corners somewhere to save money! MMMM-MMMM!!! If I Psych myself out just right, this Noodle soup might just taste good!

Usually a bowl of healthy cereal...though a bagel with lox and cream cheese is a great alternative. (Lenders bagels--good stuff!)

That would explain the number of methane related threads you have started.

Do eat or not do eat, that is the question. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Not for at least three hours after awakening. Ever. Period. Then it matters not what the food is, Im ready for it. Coffee does lubricate the mental joint well till then.

Coffee, then cereal, oatmeal or grape nuts or some full grain, brunch usually some pure meat i.e. chicken/fish or high source of protein.
It's all rather complicated.

Remember folks Coffee does lubricate your lower track as well as your brain.

The wife and I sometime go to either IHOP or CRACKERBARREL on Sunday after church. Then it's 2 eggs over done and real crisp bacon.

For some the lower track and the brain are more closely related than for others.

IHOP, isn't that the place with the one legged waitress?
