upload my "jpg"file

tried and tried many times to upload my "jpg" file.
Every time red sentence says "Sorry, this file type is not good so please try jpg, bmp etc file///"
I resized my file and delete exif information.
But the result is same.
Will you please teach me what the reason might be?
