I am about to refill my junkbox. I see that Kits And Parts has some good toroids deals. I want to buy all of the commonly used toroids in RF homebrewing.Can someone tell me which i should buy?

A toroid is not a toroid is not a toroid. They are made for different frequencies. (http://partsandkits.com/xtoroids.html) Decide what frequencies and power you will be working with and stock up on those first.
Good luck.

A good but difficult question; however full your junquebox, it will fail to disgorge a part needed on any Sunday!
I see that Kits & Parts has a toroid kit;
http://kitsandparts.com/toroid-kit.htm
This has a selection of the most-used ones.
If you buy this you will notice after a while that you are using some more than others; you can then re-order the ones you are low on to keep your stocks up.
I check my toroid stock every six months or so and stock-up where necessary.
And; do not get them mixed-up!
Iron-powder cores are painted in different colours so can usually be identified; ferrites, like the Model-T, come in only one colour. In the case of ferrites, it's grey.
I bought a few little (100ml) tins of different-coloured enamel and mark my stock with a colour code;

I know that these are, from left, 73 (cream/yellow), 72 (yellow/blue) and 43 (yellow).
As soon as I receive new toroids I mark them. I put a blob of paint on with a toothpick and let it dry completely before putting each size/material of toroid in small "zip-top" poly bags marked with the size & material.
Hobby/craft shops should have paint in tins or tubes; get good enamel so it won't come-off the toroids with handling or time.

I was going to suggest that you look at some of DIZ' other items.
He has J310s and 2N5109s at reasonable prices; 5109s are not cheap these days but his are much better than ebay prices. Both of these devices are very common in homebrewing.
He also has a very nice RF amplifier kit for only $8; considering that the supplied parts include a 2N5109, a toroid and the PCB that's very cheap!
