Quote[/b] ]Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich, a dark horse contender for the the Democratic presidential nomination, questioned President Bush's mental health on Tuesday, according to a Philadelphia newspaper.

"I seriously believe we have to start asking questions about his mental health," Kucinich told The Inquirer's editorial board. "There's something wrong. He does not seem to understand his words have real impact."

Kucinich was referring to President Bush's warning of dire consequences if Iran acquires nuclear weapons during a press conference earlier this month. Bush said that he had told world leaders the country must be prevented from achieving nuclear capability "if you're interested in avoiding World War III."

Is that where he keeps his nuts? I understand he lost a few more marbles in the process though.

That's why they called him "Dennis the Menace" when he was mayor of Cleveland.

I agree 100% with Kuchinich...because:-
There is no threat to the US if Iran builds nuclear weapons. That is because Iran's first target would be Israel not the US. Israel also has nuclear weapons. Neither Iran or Israel has ICBMs or aircraft to use their weapons long range...but they are within range of each other. This is bound to be a stale mate condition...just like the one that occurred on the Cuba missile threat, which occurred when the US was setting up missile sites in Turkey, and at the time when both the US and the USSR were developing long range ICBMs and had nuclear capability. Neither side would drop the first Nuke. Suicidal terrorists will never carry WMDs. They only carry stuff that kills less than 100 people at a time. 9/11 was however an exception. It did not require nukes or WMDs. Preventing Iran from building nukes is not our job. It may be Israel's job...but even Israel may fear to drop the first nuke. Eventually all nations will have WMD capability. This is because they have a right to defend themselves...Just like the many gun owners who have a right to own arms...but rarely use them to kill people.

If the leaders of all nations showed some respect for each other they would not fear a WMD arms race. Unfortunately they sometimes show respect for faith based religions but have little faith in humanity. The US has shown it too can show no faith in humanity when it approves of torture. If the US threatens with bombs "on the table", they are no better than the leader of Iran...or the Zionist nuts in Israel.

w2ilp (I Like Peace)...If we threaten...are we to become another "Axis of Evil"?

Well, "probable" good news, backing away from nucular talk.

Like I said in a prior post. Anything goes from this point on whether lying, exaggerating, glorifying, horrifying or just plain blustering.

It's all about 2008. Both sides will start (and have started) to say mindless and irresponsible lies, fibs and exaggerations.

Latest on Kuncinich:

Quote[/b] ] "The best option to prevent an unnecessary war with Iran is to impeach the vice president, the lead cheerleader of the war. The Constitution gave Congress the power to impeach. Congress must use its power to restrain the administration and impeach the vice president before he prods the United States into another war."
But:
Quote[/b] ]Death of the resolution is the preferable route for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who indicated through her spokesman Monday that impeachment is off the table.

Ummm, seems to me that folks who believe in any religion ( gods, goddess, elephants ) Might consider that they have equal or less to base their "belief" on than the UFO folks. That the religioids jump to attack without looking at their own un-proven belief is very telling. OK flame proof suit on.

k5kib says,

Kucinich: Proof the God has sense of humor.

I say:

God: Proof that Kucinich has a sense of humor.

It is faith based God worshipers that might lead Christians to launch a crusade against Muslims...as they had launched pogroms against Jews in the past. Kucinich is not so religious. He is not a raciest. He is not an anti-feminist either. How else could he manage his Scandinavian wife , who is a lot bigger than he is?http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif I thus believe that Kucinich is a Man of Peace. I kid you not.

BTW...How is it that a politician can kiss babies without being called a pedophile but a boy scout leader can't kiss boys?http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif I guess that it all falls under executive privilege.

w2ilp (I Like Peace)...Short guys like Kucinich know how to avoid a fight. We all can pick on him.

Kucinisch is about the only potential candidate who is speaking in the interest of Americas middle class. Yet it is amazing how many people from the middle class will consider and dismiss him as a kuke and then go vote for someone like Hillary, or Busch, or Guiliani who does not stand for their interest.

It's just an example of how easy it is to manipulate large numbers of people en mass. You convince them they have an enemy. Then you frighten the heck out of them and make sure they stay frightened. Then you tell em that as long as your around they are safe. They'll dismiss what is in their best interests and flock to you like flies to honey.

I have often said that if I were unscrupulous I could become extremely rich without lifting a finger to do any real work. Just come up with a good line of BULL and people will be fighting to send me as much money as they can, even if it means giving up the things they need. All it takes is to get people to believe in you.

But being that I am such an upstanding and honest person I just can't do such things.
