Guys, if there's a Breast Cancer Donation Drive at your work, give $5.00 to help find a cure.
I have seen so many pass both yound and old from this nasty stuff, that I think it's important to find a cure.
Help find a cure Because, the boobs you save could be your own!!! http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

I did say I wanted to see what the funds were going towards....
But we decided to make an office donation of $500.00 yesterday.

Women who are type AB blood & have family history of breast cancer should read "Eating 4 your Type". Blood type A's with breast cancer could benefit from eating Helix Pomatia snails which carry lectins which agglutinate cancer cells destroying them. This actually is good read for anyone with Type II diabetes, Coronary Artery Disease, High blood pressure, family history of these or Cancers. It explains how our genetic past molded our blood types making certain foods heathier for our particular type. Eating the wrong foods lowers your metabolism, makes you gain weight, & eventually will make you very ill.

Not a self portrait, by the way....

Having lost a family member to cancer, this is certainly a worthy cause. #What I have trouble understanding is, why there so much emphasis placed on breast cancer, when far more women die of heart disease each year. #Have also lost a family member to a massive heart attack. Heart disease does not seem to secure the same amount of attention.

Maybe because women are more scared of breast cancer than dying of a heart attack?
Just a guess.

Yes, my parents years ago lost a dear friend to breast cancer. I grew up with her daughters and it was a rough time for all.
Some day there will be a cure.

Every now and then, Greg, you sneak in a good thread. This is one, and for a worthy cause.
I was delighted to add my contribution to the cause. The company I work for circulates the donation sheet during our annual supervisor's meeting. This year we will collectively make a sizable donation to the cause.

Not to change the subject because I do agree about the breast cancer thing but, I donate every month to the National AIDS foundation. I dream of the day when men can have unprotected casual sex again and the only thing they need to worry about is an unwanted pregnency.
