Has anyone had any radio repair dealings with International Radio Service, Ft. Pierce FL. ? #is it normal to take 6 months for minor repair? (ts440S) thanks
I have never had any dealings with this company but IMHO even a major repair should not take more than 4-6 weeks. If you are waiting 6 months then they are taking on more work than they can handle. I would highly suggest getting your radio back and send it to an authorized Kenwood repair center.
In your case I would suggest this authorized Kenwood repair center that has done excellent work for me in the past.
