Ahhhhh......
Things in Iraq show no improvement.
The hippie libs wanna cut and run.
But even their UN says they will back Iraq, because their leadership sees improvement.

Good let them that has been one of the biggest problems we have had. Hey hard to like the UN but without the nod and wink, at the least, of the French and the Germans this whole Iraq thing has been much more difficult. See, they showed us we can't do it as well without them... think about that a bit before you reply with a knee jerk flame.

UN resolutions are the reason we are there.
It should be obvious to all that the intent was to subdue a sovereign nation and open it up to UN rule. Irans next.
The difference in Iraq and the US is that their leader defied the UN instead of submitting to it.
Here in DC, they schemed and plotted until they had dumbed down the American populace enough to ram this continuing treason down our throats.

Neither.
I think it's simply stupid to cut and run and leave the nation in the situation it is now.
We OWE it to them to at least finish what was started and what the current government wants finished.
Well... as long as they continue to make at least some benchmarks!

On the Germany/France thing - perfect reason why the UN failed.
Had nothing to do with ideology - Germany, France and Russia were the top 3 trading partners with Iraq. All three were on the security council. Any wonder why they didn't go?
