Hello all, Im a M3 in Sunny Cornwall UK.

Ive purchased a Yaesu VX3R, she's an excellent Handheld, complete and a real pleasure to use, complete with built in Frequency Counter, ive not made any calls yet apart to Base, but really an amazing bit of kit, receive is excellent with the built in am internal bar antenna.

Automatic repeater shift etc

Hello.

The North America model, just like the VX-6R and VX-7R, do not do the frequency counter mode.
This is but one of dozens of features that the US model does not have.
