Also, you gotta enable the Java plug in, otherwise you get that strange symbol and that box that says "missing plug in" and I'll agree, thats pretty darned boring. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Thanks for the great link John. I am especially appreciative of the applet because with the sound enabled, I can hear the different tonal qualities from plucking a string further and further away from the middle.

Thanks here too John. Works well and it gives me a graphical idea of what's happening when I play my bass.

I didn't know that! I have a couple of pantographs that use the straight line generator, but had no idea who inventolated that!
