unable to add picture

I am trying to upload a picture,but I can not get passed (callsign information update page). I am logged in but I can not get passed that page.
So what im I doing wrong?

Once a Ham Member and you are still unable to post the picture write an email to editor@qrz.com with the picture as an attachment. From there I can upload and post it for you
