You couldn't get enough of them to agree with each other. Let alone on how to change a light bulb. Therefore, it is impossible. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

15 of them to blame neocons for all the darkness in the world.
12 to refute that and attack the liberals for trying to light too many bulbs.
10 to post a strange news source regarding light bulbs and their mis-use under the current administration.
8 to rebut that and claim that Liberals are out of touch with the current state of light bulbs.
Etc.
Etc.
Etc.

Halliburton is too busy enjoying the plush life in Dubai City to waste their time with the USA.

There is not enough information given by the original poster to give a meaningful response.

Is the lightbulb fed by ladder or coax?
What kind of lightbulb?
How much power?
How high in the air is the lightbulb?
Are you using a balun?

The only reason the light bulb burned out in the first place was global warming.:p
