this is a new item it was in a shipping carton with 3 dozen other units. the carton was damaged in transit, and the container was rejected by the shipper. it works and looks new, only issue the cable with the torch head is missing, can be bought on ebay or online for $125.00. this plasma cutter retails for over $1000. and i am selling it for $450.00 + S&H. this is a steal. i have kept one for myself and they work great. will cut thru up to 1/2 steel. you can contact me direct at donaldgoss_53@yahoo.com
