For some reason I don't think it will change his standard of living any.

Punishment? #Perhaps, but not much in my opinion.

Don't forget the civil lawsuit that Plame and Wilson brought. Bush can't pardon Libby from that.

Doesn't much matter. Bush will issue him a full and unconditional pardon in about 500+ days, give or take.

#2 it will be returned when W gives the FULL pardon after the

First off, the Scooer Libby defense fund has nearly $3 million in it, and growing.
Next, all he has to do is hold out, perhaps a year?
At that point GW is expected to pardon the man.
The Civil case can not go to trial until the criminal case is settled, and that is why the appeal.
At that point the civil case is going nowhere, remember we are dealing with classified documents.
