Quote[/b] ]Ever have "one of those days?" Sure, all of us go through the occasional rough patch, but I swear there are times when I think Allah must really have it in for me. I mean, I know the "Big Guy" is supposed to have a sense of humor, but do I always have to be the punchline?
Take for example this last week. A few mates and I had been planning a big martyrdom weekend for quite a while; it's something we first began discussing a few years ago in medical school back in Amman. We were sitting around the dorm eating pizza, cramming for a big anatomy final, when Ali said "you know, after graduation, we should get together for something really big." We talked about a fishing trip to Canada or something, but most of the guys thought that sounded pretty boring. Abdul suggested a golf weekend in Cancun, but the all-inclusives there can get pretty pricey in-season. Hassan (who's really into motorcycles) suggested renting Harleys and going to Sturgis for the Biker Rally, but we heard that crowd can get pretty rowdy.
Anyhoo, Achmed finally says, "how about packing cars with explosives and killing hundreds of random infidels in a coordinated series of gigantic fireballs?" And we're like, ####in' A! Not only would it be an awesome bonding experience (with plenty of Paradise poontang, LOL), we would be doing a valuable community service. Okay, so we high-fived and made a solemn promise that we'd target two years after graduation for the big weekend prank blowout.

As a tree hugging, long haired, war protesting, ultra-tolerant, upside-down flag hanging liberal, I am deeply offended by the obscenities in the linked article and the religious overtones suggesting that Islam is a violent religion.
I request that this thread be deleted as soon as possible.

Man, take the time to read that whole link.
Comedy gold!
Sort of reminds me of a guy who said 'Bring it on.' I'm waiting for the N2RJ review. Ryan, what do you think?

It's consistent with my story that Allah hates certain Muslims so much he makes them wrap themselves in explosives and blow themselves to bits.
It's reminiscent of the Onion's story about the 9/11 hijackers - and their great surprise when they didn't get their 72 virgins.

Lets get this one back to the top of the pile. It appears to not be as offensive as one of yesterday's avatars.
Please try to ignore the filthy language contained in the linked article, and the religious overtones suggesting that Islam is a violent religion.

You know, this is probably just how it happens. These medical types must get a bit cheesed off with removing kidneys and lungs, you name it, and walking round hospitals giving out pills trying to make old, overweight worn out mishapen bodies feel and look better.
They need some real excitement so when they're relaxing together they probably think that a few hundred bodies with limbs and heads blown off will be more of a challenge to put back together again. So they buy some cars, or use the ones they have if they're on a one way ticket to see allah and his celestial virgins, grab a dozen LPG cylinders and a few gallons of low octane petrol, saves a quid or two, and wee heee, lets have a party !
These people are aliens, and they're living and working among us.You know what he said on Hill Street Blues, "be careful out there"

Did you hear what the two guys in the Glasgow car were called?
Singh Maheed, and Singh Majeep.
Seriously, the jeep wasn't supposed to catch fire, but the guy in the passenger seat was carrying a Molotov cocktail that he intended to throw into the concourse, but when the car hit the doors and stopped suddenly, he dropped it.
Really!

Sure is!!
Check out this excerpt:
Quote[/b] ]And then the kicker: I looked down at my package and noticed "Little Khalid" was AWOL. As they were loading me into the the police wagon I glanced back over my shoulder and saw what was was left of him charbroiling on the sidewalk. Then one of the bomb sniffing dogs gobbled him down like a snausage. A fat lot of good those 72 virgins are going to do me now.
The rest is pretty good too.
But ya gotta have a sense of humor!
If humor doesn't save the human race, then at least it will make our end laughable! http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif
