Retired in 1974, hasn't pumped water since the flood of '80, and she still puts out!

Why do you feel compelled to tell us the medical condition and the loose morals of your feminine companions? http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif

Oh I'm not surprised.

I was reading otherpower.com and they had articles on using old lightplants from the 20's to generate power to charge batteries.

Chevrolet

Just over 7K on the odometer, about a million on the engine though. We've got a display in the meeting room a couple of the guy put together some years ago out of all the original paperwork, bill of sale, war neccesity documents that allowed the purchase of tires and gasoline, etc.

This is too cool, Tom! I had the chance to help restore an old Ahrerns-Fox in the 70's. What's the GPM on this? 500 GPM?

Not sure on the gallonage, I'll have to look at the documentation for the pump before commit to a wrong answer.

Yes, it was in the Parade right behind the VFW Color Guard. #It had the tank removed and bench seats installed so that the elder vets, who may not be able to walk the parade route can ride along. #I followed it up with our 'first due' engine, 1302 the minipumper.
