Help find abducted girl

The other day I received an email regarding abducted 4 year old, Madeleine McCann.

This email stated that "the story is only being covered in Britain, Eire and Portugal. We don't believe that she is in Portugal anymore and need to get her picture and the story across Europe as quickly as possible. Suggestions are welcome."

This got me thinking! As some one who communicates world wide what could I and my fellow Hams do?

What I suggest is that we, as Radio Amateurs make a reference to the official website to help find Madeleine.

All it takes is to mention the site during a QSO or put the site on QSL's, eQSL's, into your QRZ profile or on your own website.

This way the message gets around World Wide and not just Europe. Together we could all make this terrible event public through out the world.

As a father I know I would want as many people aware of the issue with the hope that, maybe, just maybe some one may spot her who wasnt previously aware.

So lets do what we can.

While I understand your concern please note this story has periodically received worldwide media attention and has been posted on numerous Internet sites including QRZ often on numerous occasions over the last couple of months.

Please understand that needless duplication accomplishes little, we are already well aware of this and several kidnappings, many of which have been solved and are still being circulated.
