At work we have a guy who is very upset about his 22 year olkd son who has fallen madly in love with a 44 year old woman. He demanded his son "dump her". The son refuses and he is old enough to make his own decisions. He hates this woman because he argues that she is being cruel and irresponsible by havin a relationship with his son. He asked me about it and I told him he should chill, his son is old enough to make his own choices.

This guy is not the most tolerant guy in the world. he is the type who feels that nobody is good enough for "his precious son". He is always walking around the job talking, "my son...this"..,. "my son ... that".Less than a year ago he threw another (much younger) woman his son was seeing out of his house. His son apprently had her over and they were up in his room. he stomed up the stairs , smashed open the door, pushed the sound system to the floor and screamed demanding that she get out of his house and away from "his magnificent son". His son left with her. Now he has forbidden his "precious son" to bring this 44 year old to his home. he told his son he doesn;t want to ever see her. I am surprised his son even comes home anymore. I am tempted to tell this guy he needs to have his head examined.
