Were you using "info@heilsound.com"? Normally they are very responsive to emails. Good luck. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I too have had excellent response from Heil. Maybe it's just an email problem?

Dealt with Heil a couple of times. Actually talked to Bob (he often answers the phone himself.) They have always been great to work with. I would double check the email as I would suspect it before them. I am sure he will make it right. He always does.

Ditto. They always got right back to me, Bb himself, and were exceptionally helpful

Bob has responded to my e-mails always within a few hours of me firing them off, and he has a reputation for his customer service. I would bet either he's maybe on vacation or out of town, or maybe your sending the e-mails to the wrong address. This isn't typical support you would normally get from Heil.
He has orders from me to ignore all VK's.

Bob was at SeaPac in Oregon this past weekend -- thats a long way from home for him. Its possible that he has taken a few days either side of the convention for vacation...

He may be in Plano, Texas (north side of Dallas), for HamCom tomorrow and Saturday.

Why date yourself? There's sure to be a woman out there for you somewhere. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif
Yes, I got it from the old E. F. Hutton commercial and it wasn't while viewing clips from the archives so I guess we are both showing we have been around awhile. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
