But for the record, Star Trek.
Easy one, with beaming technology how hard would it be to beam a nuke into their ships?
Artistically ST is much better, series/movie continuity, better charactors.

I loved star wars, but I don't kid myself, it's just a funny movie for the kids with a lot of furry animals, it does not really qualify as SciFi, Star trek however, is a different story.
Anyways, whether you're a die hard "trekker" or a "warer", you're still a loser http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

It all depends on who writes the script.

I'd say it depends on what "generation" of Star Trek it is. Are the borg involved? How about Q? Is it possible to reconfigure the deflector array to defeat a Death Star? Would they sling-shot around the sun to travel back in time to kill baby Anakin at birth to stop Star Wars from ever being produced? What about the temporal prime directive? The list goes on and on.... http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
Really, there are tons of variables here. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif

Come on, Janeway stunk on ice...
The Death Star could be given new life by using the Genesis Device.

Am I the only one who watched Deep Space 9?
I suspect we will never again see the combined Federation, Klingon, and Romulan fleets take on an enemy!
I think Star Trek should pay tribute to the longest running sci-fi series in history , Dr. Who, by having a reunion episode for each new generation. Of course, The Next Generation of Star Trek actors are getting up there in years, and what's left of the original crew are all way past retirement age. It's probably too late for another TNG movie - the next one will have to be Deep Space 9 or Voyager-based. Jeri Ryan is 37 and we won't want to see her in a skin-suit forever! Kira Neris (Nana Visitor) is 50.
