I can't edit my details on the callsign database, I'm getting an error message "Update Access Not Authorized" " Your login name, KI4VXK, was not found in our callsign database." I've noticed that they're "members" and "Ham members" on the forum, and my account is registered with the members group, perhaps I'm not assigned to the correct group, any help appreciated.

Hi, I can't edit info for my call HC8L, it seems there's a helper to whom it's assigned. How do I gain access? Also, how can I change my username?

HC8L is now controlled by HC8L now. Use that as ur logon now and you will be fine.....
