Be careful when following some of the mods found here. I tried the "power" mod, and I guess I did something wrong. The radio will not power up at all now. Oh well live and learn. KD5TUP

An update. I must be lucky, found the fuse was blown. Good thing those fuses! So I'm off to the store to buy a fuse or two. Now, I Will be far more careful. Thanks for the comments. KD5TUP
