We've all seen our judiciary make one bad call or another. #Hell, it's gotten to the point citizens fear what the courts will do with common sense, decency, and criminals; the former being extinguished and the latter being indemnified.

Check out the horrific punitive actions taken by a DC administrative judge against a mom and pop cleaners:

WTF? (http://www.kansascity.com/450/story/95114.html)

This is our judiciary at work, folks. #Jackasses like this and Nifong are chipping away at the foundation of our legal system. #Let's see if this loser (Pearson, or Nifong for that matter) keeps his job. #If he does - we're in serious trouble. #

I posted this in another thread on this subject:

It's particularly telling that the plaintiff in this case is a judge and is representing himself. #Pearson (plaintiff) is a disgrace to the legal profession and deserves disbarment as a minimum.

It's also very disheartening that the judge who is hearing the case hasn't summarily thrown it out of court long before now and sanctioned Pearson severely.

This is obvious harassment and malicious abuse of process. #There is no other way to characterize it.
