My 7 year old Yaesu FT-840 has an intermittant MOX
function. The MOX switch always trips the xmit relay but more often than not no carrier is present...this happens more often in the CW mode than the AM mode.....sometimes no carrier is present in any mode.
The reset funtion doen't help.
Anyone had this problem or had experience with Yaesu repair facilities?
