View Full Version : ts-450s to ts-450s/AT
I bought the internal antenna tuner for my TS-450. I am unsure of where the two shielded cables go. one is marked with white tape the other is not. Any advice would be appreciated.

I noticed that on the RF board there were 2 jack labeled att1 and att2. The same was on the antenna tuner so I matched every thing up.
When I use the tuner in auto mode my swr goes from less than 1.5:1 to 10:1. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Do you have the manual? My 690 had instructions on installing their tuner, same should apply to the 450.

Thanks, Bill I got it. I clipped the diode but it was still making contact. All is well now.
