Today I check the FO0FRA qsl info and realised someone name vlad has the administrative contact of this call.
I have no idea who he/she is, but I can garanty he/she has no relation with that call. That was used by me, on my 2000 round world trip.
I kindly ask the person who is in charge of database maintenance to gave that privilege to me, so I can update my email adress and upload an image, with the front pic of the QSL card.
