A good place to start would be the South African Radio League's forum: http://www.sarl.org.za/forum/default.asp
You should be able to find someone there who'd give you a sked.
You could also try their "HF-happenings" page, which lists various current HF contests that they participate in: http://www.sarl.org.za/hf_happenings.asp
And, just browsing through their website may lead to some other potential surprises.
