I worked this station about 1540Z today on 14.290 or somewhere thereabouts. Station was coming in pretty good, a little QSB but was able to work him nevertheless.
My first DX contact in a few months.

Now, a question... DF1OM stated he QSL's via the bureau, but there was nothing listed on his QRZ listing. How can I find out what bureau to use when sending a QSL?

Germany -- or use the ARRL outgoing QSL service.

I've never used a QSL bureau before so I wasn't aware of how to do it. So I just send ARRL the QSL card and they'll forward it to where it is supposed to go?
Also, if your club is an ARRL affiliated club, they often have free outgoing QSLs.
I'd mail direct to the DARC (Germany's equivalent of ARRL) bureau only if I had a whole lot of cards for DL stations.

No!!!
This page (http://www.arrl.org/qsl/qslout.html) will tell you what to do.
You have to sort your cards by country and if you're sending direct to ARRL bureau, enclose proof of membership and a check for the required amount.
The buro is not free.
If you're a member of a club, ask them if they use the ARRL bureau. They'll often take club members' cards and forward them, gratis.
I would wait until you have at least 75 cards to send via the bureau, or do it once per month or per quarter.

Isn't sending one card to the buro kind of defeating its purpose?
