Hello all,
I will be working 100W with a dipole on Friday evening at around 7:00 to 8:30 or so in the evening (EDT) on or about 7.200 +/-.
I will have a small bunch in the pack looking for a few contacts.
I will QSL to those that need them (and will show any cards I receive to the kids at a later meeting).
I can also be emailed at kb1kix....at.....arrl.net with any questions.
Thanx for anyone that helps us make contacts for the kids.
Jonathan, KB1KIX
I would love to help out, since I am boy scout I could tell them about the fun things you can do later on.
But, sadly my HF antenna is not up so I will have to pass.

he can't got too far up because there's a commercial station on 7.215 or so I'm hoping that the S9 het on 7.2 will go away soon

We were on... but we ended up having to go way up - about 20! Commercial, a net, a few rag chews - it was crazy.
Then, we ended up on 80.
However......
I will be bouncing around 40 and 80 tomorrow, maybe through the better part of the evening.
I have the radio and the antenna in the car, so......... I think I'll hit a park and set it up - it's going to be a good day here.
Hey, anytime someone wants CT - feel free to hit me up with mycall at arrl.net.
I also do W1AW on a regular basis as well - when I do, I'll post here when we're live.
Thanx for lookin' for the kids - we did make a few!

Do those fun things involve a raid on the neighboring Girl Scout camp? http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Jonathon,
My son is a Scout and would love to help you, but we don't have HF. We could work you IRLP if you give me a nearby node number. I know there is the Scout award available for 100 years of Scouting this year and any contacts made by any means count.
If this is ok then don't hesitate to e-mail me.
Hope this helps
