For the past several months I've been working for a small startup company to develop a new internet game. Given the breadth of weird subjects here on Rag Chew Central, I though that this item might catch some attention. Check out:

http://www.superclaw.com

Located here are crane machines, also known as skill cranes, where players manipulate a grabber claw to pick up prizes. The system is currently under development and so there may be a few bugs but, it's still fun to play around with. There is no charge to play. Suitable for all ages.

A high speed internet connection is a MUST. Don't try this with dialup, else you'll be disappointed. The games transmit realtime video showing you the progress of the claw as you pick up various objects in the play field and this can only be done at speeds of >200 kbits/s.

Comments and suggestions are welcome. Please send your comments to suggestions@superclaw.com

That's a fun game. I haven't tried one of those in quite awhile. Any idea when it will be up and running for real?

The machines are up and running now. You should be able to play so long as you have high speed internet.

I played it a few days ago. Not a bad way to kill a half hour.
