Depending on band, or mode you are looking for, I have a few suggestions:
1. in major dx contests, often times KH7X will be active..I am in PA and have worked them 10-80 both ssb an CW. excellent ops, great stations.
If you are looking for 80 or 160M, keep en eye/ear out for K9FD/KH6 Merv is quite active, both SSB and CW, but on low bands only, although I did work him once on 20 during the PA Qso Party. They are out there, keep your ears open

Fred, NH6P can often be found on 17 meters
SSB.
He has GREAT ears and handles pile-ups with very good skill.

thanks guys. great info and very helpful. unfortunatly I don't have the WARC bands on my TS-120S. I do have very limited access to a FT-857D after about 6:00 or 7:00PM local though. there are only two more things I could want. their normal op hour and the usual freq. this may be more than you guys can supply, but it can't hurt to ask.

I second that.
He focuses more on the weak signals than the big guns which is pretty cool.
I heard him on 15 during the ARRL DX contest, plenty of strong signals calling him but he chased the weaker stations, which included me.
