How should I set up a multi-band stealth antenna on my trailer? I want to use it with an EICO 720 CW transmitter and a Hammarlund HQ-170. Also, and related to this, how do I reduce the power output of the EICO to less than 5 watts effective radiated power (I am really big on QRP)? I appreciate any help provided.

Check out some of the ARRL Stealth Antenna books for Ideas. If you are going qrp then you should be able to get by with very thin gauge wire either a long wire or a Dipole feed with Ladder line might work well. Just find some trees or poles to run to.
I have used Black covered 18 gauge for stealth, you might have to repair it or replace it more often.
We had a friend that was living in a nursing home with a one story flat roof. We loaded up the flashing on the building on HF and he made a few SSB contacts.
